Kendra L. Snipe, Principle Consultant

Meet Kendra L. Snipe

Kendra L. Snipe is a master level-trained professional in counseling, human resources development and management & leadership. Both her education and experience allow her to develop training programs that result in behavioral changes and improved organizational processes.

Her focus is to ensure that non-profit boards understand their roles and responsibilities along with potential liabilities that could exist when assuming those responsibilities. More importantly, she wants to help boards create governing documents that effectively and efficiently provide a service-to-community pipeline.

A native of Charleston, SC raised on John’s Island, Kendra is dedicated to enhancing growth potential and sustainability for nonprofit boards.

Organizational Development by Design (ODD), is an off spring of Ken Snipe Enterprises, LLC which was developed in 2014.

Phase 1: An initial complimentary 15-minute introductory meeting to determine client/consultant fit

Phase 2: Discovery meeting in which service deliverables are determined

  • Understand and clarify issues to be resolved

  • Determine the type of service(s) needed to rectify the issue(s)

  • Establish a fee structure and timeline for completion
